What is included in a subscription plan?

You will have access to a new plan each month, an extensive workout library, meditations, meal plans and recipes released each month, both plant based and meat based. A community of incredible women, live workouts, your own calendar, menopause fitness and nutrition advice. Everything you need as a midlife women to thrive. 

Can I use my mobile phone?

Yes absolutely, you can use your mobile phone, both iOS and Android. You can also use the app on your Apple watch. Plus use the site as a website on your desktop or laptop.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes of course, you are not locked in. Just either cancel in the app store if you joined up there or log back in to the website if you joined via the website. Instructions will be available for you if you need help or just contact our support team.

Can I join if I am a beginner?

At Cara Fitness we cater for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced. Cara tries to give different options in the workouts as much as possible. Plus we have some beginner specific workouts to help you build your confidence.

Can I watch the workouts on my TV?

Yes!  Both Chromecast and Airplay are compatible with the Cara Fitness app. You can also connect your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our website on your TV.
